The Nortel customer was planning to offer a variety of Internet and transmission services. Project was stopped before finishing because of delays in obtaining funding by the Nortel customer.

Strategic IT billing-architecture. Project manager of the ’Future Billing Architecture project’. A strategic project with the Board of Directors as the project Steering Board (including the CEO). The work included describing the business strategy, establishing the selection process, establishing the first list of 14 bidders, writing the RFI, establishing the evaluation process and criteria, co-managing the writing of the RFQ / RFP, evaluating the proposed solutions, managing final evaluation and setting up contract negotiations with the winner.
