This is a greenfield project focusing on centralizing the IT of a large international customer, a fast- growing Software Group company of market-leading, entrepreneurial, vertical software businesses. In order to be able to continue the activities, a new Service Catalogue needs to be built.
The specific responsibilities of internal teams or departments need to be identified and their commitment in delivering IT services needs to be ensured.
The catalogue needs to be organized in a user-friendly manner, facilitating easy navigation and comprehension, services and corresponding OLAs to be categorized based on function, user audience, or criticality to streamline access and understanding.
• Outline processes, escalation procedures, communication protocols, and any dependencies necessary to meet SLAs and ensure smooth service delivery. • Describe Each IT service thoroughly, including its purpose, features, and benefits. • Complement service descriptions with corresponding OLAs, detailing operational processes and responsibilities to support the delivery of the services effectively. • Create clear service level agreements (SLAs) defining performance metrics (such as response times, availability, and resolution times for incidents or service requests). • Ensure alignment between IT service delivery and business expectations, creating OLAs specifying the internal operational processes necessary to meet these SLAs. • Identify and document dependencies between services and underlying IT components.
Hörmann is rolling out an ECC Template to all subsidiaries which are still using different ERP solutions. Once SAP ECC has been rolled out globally, a global migration to SAP S/4HANA will start.

This is the global implementation program ATLAS (Automating the Total Customer Lifecycle Across SAP) in the area of Enterprise Cloud Services, the so-called "private cloud" of SAP, and with Focus also on the "RISE with SAP" Migration and Modernization program.
On the stakeholder side, the program has the ECS President as a sponsor and executives from various board areas on the Steering Committee. The program's reporting line extends to the company's board of directors.
The focus of the activity is the coordination of cross-cutting topics of the program between the program workstreams, which in turn represent different board areas.
Understanding of problems and solutions, on a technical and procedural level, is necessary in order to critically accompany and control the content of the program.
At the same time, a very high level of communicative competence is necessary in order to coordinate the globally active business workstreams along cross-sectional topics. The willingness to actively engage in coordination and also to deal with the content at the level of steering prioritization discussions is necessary.
SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is a global organization, responsible for providing cloud hosted infrastructure, technical & application managed services to SAP's private cloud customers. The Client Delivery Manager is the main customer-facing representative of SAP ECS organization ensuring full delivery accountability of the engagement and customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
The Client Delivery Manager works with SAP stakeholders and key client stakeholders and oversees all aspects of the customer engagement, from the point of contract signature throughout the entire lifecycle providing commercial, project, governance, Innovation, and technical operations expertise. The CDM assumes accountability of successful customer engagement to deliver the contracted ECS services and maximizes the customer success across portfolio of strategic engagements.
The CDM ensures that appropriate governance is applied in managing the customer relationship, Service adoption and securing renewals with a major focus on customer success and customer experience enrichment.
SAP's Cloud Network Infrastructure is facing several challenges caused by gaps in life-cycle management combined with fast-paced growth.
Many network services need re-architecture since they do not leverage technology and designs needed for cloud operations and/or cannot cope with the load/volume. Additionally, the evolution of SAP's service portfolio requires development of new network services.
The program addresses the evolution of the Worldwide HEC Infrastructure to the latest and more stable Datacenter Technology, the stabilization of the current infrastructure and ensures the compliance of the current devices and implements a new design, capable of handling the growth needs of HEC.
The program targets a reduction of Compute outages by 20%, Network outages by 70% and of the number of human errors by 50% positively impacting service quality and S/4 HANA Public and Private Cloud customers.
In the last years SAP has acquired several Cloud Software companies in context of its strategy to transform to a Cloud SW company itself. One of these acquisitions has been Ariba Inc., which has been integrated into the Business Network Group Board area, but still acts as mostly independent Business unit. The core of Ariba is its Business Network to connect Suppliers with Customers (Buyers) and generate revenues through respective transaction fees on this platform.
With increasing volume on the platform, pricing model adjustments and / or adjustments to the contractual framework are a significant effort driver. Today the Ariba Network is integrated directly with the SAP Core ERP system and transfers invoice relevant data into the SAP ERP SD module (invoicing) through a custom-built staging area.
Going forward the pricing and contracting information (customer onboarding) shall be handled in the existing SAP CRM system. Convergent Mediation shall be used to relief the Ariba Network, provide more flexibility & scalability and integrate with the SAP core ERP system.
Within this project, the Order-to-Cash process for Ariba Suppliers will be redesigned and implemented.

SAP acquired Hybris in 2013. Now SAP intends to switch the database upon which its Hybris Commerce Managed Services and Cloud Services are running, and to move the customer environments from the current legacy cloud providers into the SAP HANA Cloud.
