Shortly before the expiry of the provider framework agreements, as well as the End of Life & End of Support Announcement in the active infrastructure area, the Germany-wide WAN / LAN & W-LAN of Commerzbank was put out to tender again.

T-Systems International, sales tender support for the customer MAN Truck & Bus SE.

Overall responsibility for the tendering of a DWDM data center linkage. Creation of the offer, verification of the technical implementation strategy, obtaining T-Systems' internal approvals on the management board, submission of tender documents via VW Tendering portal (MAN belongs to the Volkswagen Group). Recording of the technical customer requirements for the expansion and migration of the global MAN ICT infrastructure with regard to the upcoming All-IP digitization requirements. Development of security solution concepts in cooperation with the T-Systems departments. Evaluation of the individual project components, definition of the required migration steps, preparation of quotations for MAN Truck & Bus in national and international markets Network area. Support of MAN service points throughout Europe regarding the expansion and expansion of the MAN Group for the migration requirements in the upcoming ISDN replacement process.

Design and procurement for a highly IT-security based airport fire brigade risk vehicle (ELW2).

Accompaniment of a EU wide tender for the procurement. Authored the bill of quantity specification as well the functional specification (Leistungsverzeichnis, Lasten & Pflichtenheft). Leader of the radio & ICT development team during the planning and implementation phase. Author of an external maintenance & service contract inclusively the compliance of service level agreements.

Mobile provider migration of 6.000 Fujitsu / TDS user within 60 German locations to Telefónica o2.

Project milestone planning, presentation towards the Telefónica o2 internal teams as well the customer project representatives inclusive their stakeholder. Presentation of project status within customer faced workshops. Programmed a project steering and control software which shared the detailed migration data & figures between Telefónica o2, Fujitsu / TDS and the outsourcing partner. The software automatized the final user correspondence (mail, SMS, form letter), controlled the migration data for more than 6000 user, generated the weekly status reports, provided dedicated information to the internal Telefónica o2 departments, minimized migration filatures and provided statistics to the management. De- escalation management within customer -> Telefónica o2 & customer facility management -> Telefónica o2 based on process gap questions as well discussions about mobile radiation exposition within the 2G & 3G infrastructure.

National preselection services.

Managed the implementation within different internal divisions for the reseller set up. Organized and steered a customer faced workshop for service explanation purposes.

Implementation of the German wide AVAYA VOIP services.

Negotiated Service Level Agreements (SLA) with the customer representatives. Advised side expansions in different German interconnect sites. X.25 / ISDN access rollout for M2M connections which got used for ticketing terminals.

Data center infrastructure expansion and protection.

Managed the extension of the Nortel X.25 network between Frankfurt & Duesseldorf. Developed an implementation concept for the international data link between Frankfurt and Vienna. Designed a decoupled galvanic connection for a 34Mb radio link within the data center in Frankfurt / Eschborn. Advised the statically inspection of the building. Organized the necessary cabinet basement construction inclusively climate and UPS. Managed the setup of the cabinet units on the very top site level of the data center building.

Relocation of the European General Motors satellite network from Milton Keynes (UK) to Darmstadt (Germany).

Authored a technical white paper, which described instructions, to minimize the attenuation of optical distribution frames (ODF) in the collocation areas. Planned and organized the infrastructure extension within different collocation rooms. Cleared SDR billing issues.

Infrastructure planning and design for the extension of the Mainova metro network in Frankfurt. Voice CBC reseller implementation.

Managed the customer data center expansion at the tele house provider ITENOS in Frankfurt. Advised external 3party provider for infrastructure equipment installation. Arranged technical assignments towards to the DE-CIX internet exchange representatives in Frankfurt Main. Clarified SDR billing issues.
