Project:

Develop and Deploy an IT Security and Business Continuity Management Strategy for Uniper Business Critical Applications

Tasks:

• Development, provisioning and documentation of ITSCM/emergency plans, considering disaster recovery (DR) patterns and DR classes

• Development and implementation of architecture models and processes according to the concept

• Development of training materials.

• Testing, simulation (cyber-attacks) and optimization of BCM and
  ITSCM/emergency plans/IT architectures

• Continuous training of management and employees in IT architectures, operating models, SAP BTP, BCM and emergency plans

• Development, implementation and documentation of ITSM processes

• Training of stakeholders in ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, IT Security, Provider management, ITSCM, asset and configuration management)

• Identification of external and internal stakeholders impacted by ERP/BCM/ITSCM

• Design and deployment of BCM/ITSCM concept and IT-Infrastructure for the business-critical applications in accordance with the Azure Cloud, SAP BTP and Uniper governance frameworks.

• Extensions and optimization of IT service contracts and OLAs

• Continuous updating of the service catalog

• IT project management, coordination and control of external suppliers in accordance with the contracts and SLAs.

• Leads different teams in the development, deployment, and documentation of IT-Infrastructure SAP BTP and BCM/ITSCM concept according to the Azure Cloud, and Uniper Compliance Frameworks.
