• Reshaped the organisation by defining Global Processes (Goods Flows, Distribution Network, Route to Market structures and Logistics Footprint) and driving the SAP APO Supply Chain Management template implementation

• Managed global process improvement projects for the International Supply Planning Team
• Acted as Global Business Lead for SAP APO implementation in multiple markets
• Created and implemented the Partnership Agreement between Demand Planning Units and the International Supply Planning Team, outlining the individual responsibilities, the communication strategy and the Key Performance Indicators to be monitored
