As a division manager and Head of Procurement in international companies, he has successfully transformed purchasing organizations – focusing on digitalization, data-driven management and resilient supply chains. His leadership is based on clear principles: personal accountability, transparency and measurable impact. By building modern KPI systems, automated P2P processes and digital supplier evaluations, he creates purchasing organizations that perform excellently operationally and are also effective strategically.
