In my career so far, I have been responsible for complex procurement portfolios, including raw materials (PA, PP, MB & additives), nonwovens, fabrics, and recyclates (rPP/rPE). My expertise includes both direct and indirect procurement, supplier risk management, cost reduction projects, and the implementation of dual-source strategies. I have led cross-functional projects, negotiated framework agreements, and developed pricing formulas that enable sustainable savings. In addition, I have experience in team leadership, process optimization, and the implementation of compliance standards such as ISO 9001 as well as Lean Six Sigma principles. This combination of strategic vision, operational know-how, and hands-on leadership skills allows me to work as a consultant for companies that want to optimize their procurement processes, reduce costs, and build resilient supply chains.
