Positioned vehicle targets for low/high speed including insurance rating estimations; created CAE quality handbook and technical design guidelines for curtain airbag, passenger airbag and seats; defined clearance zones for CAD development; established virtual and physical safety validation plans

Researched suppliers, created engineering scope for RFQ, conducted cost analysis and negotiations
Implemented PLM/PDM system for the first time in the company
Developed homologation requirement database and vehicle benchmarking database for company use
Created common engineering deliverables for engineering service provider RFQs
