• Interim Head of PMO for group-wide measure control
• Responsible for the management and evaluation of all value enhancement and investment measures
• Conceptual development for project and management reporting

• Collaboration on IBR and business plan update
• Implementation of project management for foreign subsidiaries
• Monitoring of measures with direct report to CTO
• Validation and evaluation of financial effects
• Preparation of reports to external stakeholders

Function: Interim Head of FP&A & PMO

• Reporting of B/S (balance sheet) and P/L (profit and loss) by channel and segments
• Ensure appropriate recognition of revenue and costs
• Develop and implement analyses and reports on business performance
• Ownership of monthly performance, budget, forecast, cost control, balance sheet reviews, working capital management and 13 weeks cash forecast
• Create and ensure quality, accuracy and integrity of information of monthly reporting
• Develop appropriate internal controls and improve financial procedures
• Integrate initiative plan, aligned with Business Transformation and other transformation initiatives
• Participates in Group FP&A Finance improvement projects
• Business Partner of the country organization and provide analytics and reports for the Management Board
• Work closely and coordinate with Country Management and Finance Team in close alignment with Corporate FP&A

• Member of the local management team with focus on shaping local corporate and finance strategy
• Finance Business Partner for all deparments with functional leadership
• Monitor compliance with business processes and standards
• Compile and Review monthly reporting packages
• Analysis of KPI’s for corporate group, local management and business partners
• Planning and controlling of sales- and marketing budgets in coordination with the responsible divisions
