• Advise on setting up a new business unit for mechatronic systems in battery management systems
• Perform an assessment in different product divisions based on interviews with management and project team members
• Document and present the assessment, derive consolidation measures
• Develop an overall software/electronics strategy including recruitment, define a PEP development process, set up the development toolchain, and establish a product release process
