Provided consultancy services to international clients in the medical, child safety and consumer sectors, taking projects from concept to mass production.

Luma Vision GmbH – senior engineer for cardiac imaging system; responsible for CAD (Onshape), PDM (OnShape), IEC 60601/510k technical drawings, re-design and design transfer.

Irasun GmbH (Getinge Group) – developed medical devices including injection mouldings, sheet metal, precision machined, electromechanical and cable components.

JMDA Ltd. – engineered six child restraint systems and ISOFIX bases for leading brands, coordinating UK/China/Germany teams to international standards and budget requirements.

Skullcap Helmets – led full cycle helmet product development from concept sketches to prototypes and tooling; secured patent DE 10 2021 112 067 B3.

Additional clients: Merriam Engineering and Design (cameras, film cameras), Plasmatech (hydrogen gas machine).

Led the development of new Infant Carrier (Babysafe 2 SHA), managing a team of 5 engineers and coordinating design/testing across UK and Germany.

Project lead and inventor of the Automatic Tensioning System (ATS) and King 2 Headrest System, securing multiple patents (EP2634037B1, EP2772389B1, EP2607153B1).

Directed international collaboration with suppliers and partners in Poland, Germany and China to deliver cost, safety and production milestones.

Coordinated static and dynamic crash testing, FEA simulations, user trials and standards compliance.

Oversaw prototyping, CAD (CATIA V5), surfacing and tooling design, ensuring innovation and manufacturability.
