Extensive experience in product management and as an interface between business and technical implementation, as well as in cross-functional project and requirements management in complex situations (traditional and agile)
Customer- and market-oriented definition of products and services, from market testing to international roll-out
Building product management teams and international sales/support organizations

Routine crisis management for critical infrastructure failures and system/process errors, rapid restoration of operations and root cause resolution
Leading and developing up to 50 employees and 10 direct reports, project management with up to 50 project members
