Turning the idea of 'dispenser systems with high-quality finishes' into a business model. The system has been live since early 2021.
Variants were turned into MVPs, manufactured and evaluated in customer interviews.
The best variant was moved into a functioning production network and a related product range defined.
With the help of a technical partner, the website, webshop, and the underlying ERP system were set up.
All data implementations as well as the Amazon listing were carried out independently.

Implementing a university cooperation with Münster University of Applied Sciences

Project to change the ERP system, introduce the inventory management system, build a webshop and integrate platform sales. After a two-year project period, objectives were met: ERP system switched from zvoove L3 to JTL with 14,000 SKUs, WMS system integrated in 5000 sqm warehouse, webshop went live with customer-specific pricing logic and integration with trading platforms like Amazon, crowdfox and the internal financial accounting program.
Project to introduce agile working methods into a mid-sized, hierarchical company. Designing and leading the transition to a process-oriented organization. Recruiting and successfully onboarding three academics through a cooperation program with Münster University of Applied Sciences. Integrating the Asana work management system and extending the KPI planning system with OKRs. Promoted to Managing Director until June 2021.

Project to realize the idea of a truck for mobile events for CEWE Foto. The truck was completed on schedule and within budget. The team for developing the communication and usage concept as well as design was assembled and led through the project. This also included construction work involving all stakeholders (management, marketing, procurement, producers, architect, creative director).
Conceptualizing and presenting an in-house order portal for Birkenstock. The concept was presented 'ready to implement' and included alternative approaches, their technical realization, available implementation partners, budgeting, and the development of target and actual processes, including associated implementation timelines.

Development and implementation of a software solution ("my PoS") to manage marketing and store fixture product streams in retail branches. The program was developed iteratively in 4 months and sold, among others, to Marc O'Polo.
Replacement of the ERP system Miclas with MS Navision. Adapting MS Navision to an agency's needs, migrating data, and integrating templates.
Short-term planning and execution of a flagship project for retail digitalization: the Karstadt Experience Store in Düsseldorf. As project manager, I successfully led concept, cost calculation, planning, and implementation within 12 weeks. The budget volume was €1.2 million.

Integrating SWI GmbH from Oberhausen into TK Services as part of a group-wide consolidation program

Successfully integrated the SWI building and industrial cleaning division with 420 employees without losing contracts. The transition included reorganizing contracts at around 30 sites to align wage systems and coordinating with works council and union representatives.

Acquisition and operational launch of FM services at the FAG Kugelfischer AG (Continental) site in Wuppertal.
Successful costing, negotiation and project start with positive final costing. Services included machine maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, security and internal logistics with 45 employees and an investment volume of €450K.

Set up hygiene services in cooking and dishwashing kitchens. Led the implementation of required safety and hygiene measures for ISS in the staff canteens of Henkel AG, Dresdner Bank Düsseldorf and Thyssen Krupp Duisburg and integrated them into daily operations permanently and at no extra cost.

The new requirements were implemented into the quality management system valid for 47 branches and 14,500 employees and made digitally accessible for the decentralized structure. The external audits were prepared for the successful completion of the certification.
