Heinz Walter offers more than forty years of professional experience. He began as a precision mechanic in the optics field, then moved into hydraulic plant engineering. For four years, he shifted focus to the cable car industry, gaining valuable leadership experience as deputy technical manager at two of eastern Switzerland’s best-known ski resorts. Returning to hydraulic engineering, he developed controls for hydropower plants, which in 2002 opened the door to the energy sector. He started as a power plant operations manager and energy trader. His career path led him to roles as business analyst and IT project manager, and most recently to sales & key account manager (Wilken, Robotron). He is familiar with various solutions that support M2C (including finance) as well as target network planning. One of his most rewarding projects was the simultaneous rollout of an intranet, BPM, and DMS at one of Switzerland’s largest production facilities. His services include consulting, project management, and operational support.
