• First point of contact for contract terms and breaches
• Coordination of the IDM project with 3 sister projects at Barmer
• Reporting to the steering committee
• Communication and conflict management with internal teams and vendors

Service:

• Analysis of monitoring and comparison with contract terms
• Crisis talks with vendors such as T-Systems

IDM software operations:

• Incident management for existing sales software
• Ticket creation, sprint, release, and hotfix planning
• App monitoring and performance reporting to management
• Data preparation and setup of business intelligence tools
• Implementation and coordination of the new framework agreement
• Management and optimization of test processes and interface management
• Process optimization and setup of the intranet with Atlassian products

Vendor management:

• Coordination with T-Systems and Verimi
• Implementation of contractual terms and Gematik requirements

Technology and software:

• Software: Jira, Confluence, BPMN
• Technology: AWS Cloud, interfaces, SharePoint
• Processes: GDPR, data protection, IT security, IT architecture, KRITIS, Gematik
• Documentation: User stories, epics, release notes, operations manual

Release Management:

• Creation of a release concept for 16 teams

Cutover Management:

• Detailed planning of customer data migration from SAP IS-U
• Integration of the SAP general ledger with the new system
• Organization, execution, and monitoring of go-lives
• Leading kick-off, requirements, and information workshops
• Coordination with 20 company-wide departments and visualization of tasks and dependencies
• Creation of decision-making materials for program management
• Management of project risks and issues in energy sectors like customer service, market communication, and IT security

Monitoring of relevant processes:

• Setup of ITIL incident management
• Creation of test automation with Tosca
• Leading documentation efforts
