- Building the inside sales team, professional and disciplinary leadership
- Responsible for the end-to-end order fulfillment process and daily operations, transferring processing from foreign offices to the German inside sales team
- Point of contact for and support of national and international direct customers and distributors throughout the sales process from quotation to delivery and invoicing
- Cross-departmental development of recruiting processes, drafting and posting job ads, conducting interviews, applicant management, defining onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting feedback sessions
- Providing support and closely collaborating with management, the headquarters in Japan and the country managers in Germany, Italy, France, Spain and the UK
- Implementing KPIs in inside sales
- Introducing and optimizing process documentation
- Managing interfaces between sales, warehouse, accounting, controlling and marketing
- Coordinating logistics with the external provider, constant cost monitoring and process improvement
- Managing import shipments from Japan and Indonesia
- Planning and organizing the site relocation with the setup of a dedicated warehouse, including property search, recruiting, coordinating equipment and IT
- Participating in inventories, point of contact for auditors
- Implementing the IT data protection project and managing IT matters
