- Aligned with the product manager of SAP Spartacus about critical upcoming features and handled the implications
- Held the responsibility for scoping and specification for the project as well as cost and timeline estimates for additional feature requests which resulted in several follow-up contracts
- Built a relationship based on trust and consulted the customer on omni-channel commerce, from project kick-off to go-live
