• Transposition of “Best Practices” from one site to the other within the Asco group
• Reducing production lead times by 50% through implementing the “drum, buffer, rope” concept
• Direct reporting to the Director of Business Excellence (main shareholder) and to the COO
• Developing the business case on site specialization and their geographical implantations: logistical study, markets, subcontractors, investments, acquisitions, asset utilization, fiscal optimization
• Representative of the Asco group within the Boeing “Lean Activities Group” (LAG)
• Development and implementation of the “New Project Logistics” department: development of the concept, procedures, roles and responsibilities, interfaces, recruitment, job descriptions, management of the department, preparation of transfer after stabilization.
