Specialist Project Effort Modeling

• Responsible for modeling budget planning with machine learning and/or AI methods
• Rollout of a new planning tool for all main departments of ES division
• Management of budget optimization programs in ES area
• Preparation of decidable budget cuts at HAL/BL level

• Development of development process in E/E architecture & SW update mechanisms
• Further development of next generation software updates over the air (SOTA), E/E architecture and technical concepts of update channels and innovative product portfolio
• Representation of OTA topics in committee landscape
• Regular coordination with all parties involved in the process
• Reporting of results in project team

Department Head:

• Implementation of sporting direction (goals) with coaching team
• Setup, management, control and coordination of junior and senior teams
• Interface to board, regional associations and other department heads
• Representative of football department at all events
• Negotiation of transfers, recruiting players, coaches and supervisors
• Informing board about sports/game operations
• Responsible for coach and referee licenses
• BFV responsible and pass system

Treasurer:

• Management of club treasury
• Handling all payment transactions
• Preparation of annual budget plan and annual financial statements
• Income and expenditure management
• Member administration and fee system including control of outstanding fees
• Responsibility for bookkeeping

• Target management of agreed quality goals (Q-goals) at overall vehicle level
• Technical management of module quality engineers
• Ensuring implementation of Q-standards (including IQS standards)
• Escalation responsibility to overall concept responsible development and quality as well as functional integration/geometric integration/integration module leader when Q-goals achievement is at risk
• Coordination of generic IQS check planning and transfer to respective vehicle project

• Target management of total vehicle weight
• Definition of weight targets at department and module level and coordination with departments
• Management and execution of weight workshops with departments for target achievement
• Lightweight program creation including measures initiator for empty weight, balancing lightweight program, axle load and center of gravity
• Coordination with departments regarding lightweight program for measure finding
• Conducting competitive analyses
• Creation of documents for committees and technical documentation
• Opportunity and risk management regarding lightweight construction and weight
• Ensuring vehicle-specific documents for vehicle homologation

KPI Reporting:

• Responsible for KPI reporting of 'Lightweight Construction and Weight' department
• Coordination of vehicle selection with departments
• Creation and documentation of KPI reporting
• Provision of KPI reporting for board

Cost-Down Measures:

• Responsible for cost-down measures of 'Lightweight Construction and Weight' department
• Development, coordination and implementation of cost-down measures
