I am currently under an exclusive consulting contract and working full-time as Head of Service and Customer Support for the German-speaking region at Galdabini, responsible for budget, team leadership, spare parts management, as well as planning and executing retrofit and conversion projects. I specialize in analyzing and optimizing technical processes to increase efficiency and make lasting improvements in service operations.
