• Negotiated all engineering services and functional groups for the new DO728 aircraft
• Implemented a production system based on the Six Sigma lean management approach in Oberpfaffenhofen and San Antonio
• Reoriented the production plants and optimized assembly cycle times
• Centralized spare parts management in customer service

• Led the logistics process planning team for all powertrain production sites of the company (Untertürkheim, Berlin, Hamburg)
• Led the factory planning team for all powertrain production sites
• Integrated both teams into the logistics-oriented factory planning function
