• Performing CX and UX work as an independent strategic consultant.
• Managing mandates for clients including Sennheiser, Notation Creative, Julius Baer (on behalf of IBM), Avobis, Roche Diagnostics, and other companies.

Key projects and achievements:

• UX lead for "Propertycaptain.ch," a new B2C real estate platform for Switzerland. Co-invented a new user-centric metric for real estate quality called "Dreamscore®" and helped secure over 10M in initial investment. Grew the team from 5 to 50 people and released the initial product in 6 months.
• Acted as UX lead for a SaaS platform in the user-centric transformation to digital business models for Sennheiser Pro Audio.
• Empowered the team at Notation Creative to deliver strategic, enterprise-grade UX work.
• Created product visions for revolutionary wealth management and advisory products (onboarding, KYC, wealth planning, investment product portfolio) for Bank Julius Bär (on behalf of IBM Consulting / IBMiX).
• Worked with the DesignOps team of one of Europe’s best, largest, and most diverse design teams at Roche Diagnostics. Developed a continuous strategy process, a design framework (UX playbook), project quality coaching, and best practices for working with SAFe 5/6, all aimed at improving the maturity and impact of design in the organization.

Evooq is a Swiss fintech founded in May 2018. As CXO of this wealth management startup, grew the company from 5 to 150 people in two years, building from scratch and releasing 8 B2B products. The company attracted funding from J.P. Morgan and launched initial versions of 6 products in the portfolio to clients.

• As employee number seven, set up and recruited a UX team of 5.
• Responsible for the company’s CX and the UX of 8 programs in the portfolio, 7 built from scratch.
• Covered topics including: multi-issuer platform for structured products; product lifecycle management; client lifecycle management (covering KYC and regulatory compliance, client wealth, wealth planning, portfolio and transaction management); Actionable Content Platform; advisory for private banks; campaign manager; product capture; solver/recommender; AMC platform; EAM platform.
• Defined and established the Evooq Design System and DesignOps.
• Established UX tools, processes, and methods to fit Evooq’s organizational maturity and resources.
• Contributed across everything from pushing pixels to design ops to UX strategy.
• Created UX vision prototypes for the two key audiences: independent asset managers and private banks.
• Sold stakeholders and future clients on the vision for products in development.
• Defined ways of working in a self-organizing company and set up channels and formats that support an empowering company culture.

• Taught a one-week Design Thinking course to a group of talents in Manila, Philippines, funded by Zühlke in collaboration with Aiducation International and Pathways.
