Worked as a management consultant on the strategic repositioning of an international electrical engineering/solar group in procurement. This involved creating strategy concepts for different categories and locations, mostly in English. Preparation and execution of eight supplier days and several DTC workshops in an international major project (partially independently leading the supplier days and workshops). Active participation in about forty procurement negotiations across various categories. Negotiation partners ranged from regionally active mid-sized companies to international large corporations (defining buyer roles, supplier analyses, action reporting), resulting in average savings of nearly 9%. Also conducted procurement analyses for an international medical technology company and preselected candidates for an international procurement project in Asia (raw material processing). Worked as a management consultant in preparing restructuring reports and business concepts, for example for a manufacturer of cleaning products, a dairy, and a medical laboratory. Prepared a sales report for a mid-sized printing company and conducted a procurement analysis for an auditing firm. National procurement study with over 200 participating companies. Calculations and financial analyses for a billion-euro external legal dispute in the capital markets sector for Warth + Klein Grant Thornton International (Forensic). Established and expanded procurement consulting for TU, participated in symposiums, published professional articles, gave presentations to consultants and at the University of Oldenburg (EdP), and prepared and led cooperation talks in procurement.
