Associate Director of School Support and Evaluation

I am a professional educator with extensive experience in international education. More recently, I have focused on providing accreditation services to support school development in my capacity as an Associate Director of School Support and Evaluation at the Council of International Schools (CIS).

I specialize in establishing the fundamentals for a sound educational institution and am particularly interested in defining and achieving excellence in collaboration with school boards and leadership teams. My expertise lies in guiding schools towards achieving accreditation and supporting continuous development. I offer strategic guidance to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and ethical operation of school leadership and governance. My services include optimizing organizational structures including optimal use of IT; furthering productive and cordial working relationships; clarifying direction, beliefs and values; planning strategic initiatives and their operationalisation; and appraising progress. Additionally, I can assist in succession planning, including the search for a new head of school, to ensure a smooth leadership transition.
