SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager and SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud implementation Consultant

Responsible for the E2E, support & advisory services in implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud edition, with SAP Activate Methodology, from Discover to Run and post implementation support. The following task performed in the successful delivery of the project.

• Building the Implementation Team. Managing key stakeholders. Defining roles & responsibilities for the Implementation Team.
• Managed Implementation landscapes for implementation e.g., SAP Cloud Identity (IAS& IPS), SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Central Business Configuration.
• Managed SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Systems i.e., System provisioning in SAP for Me, i.e. Starter System, SAP Development System, SAP Test system and SAP Production System.
• Conducting and facilitating Fit-to Standard Analysis Works shops with Client & Partner, collecting data for various phases of SAP Activate Methodology.
• Manage SAP Project implementation through SAP Cloud ALM, for entire processes. Through phased based approach and sprints, in iterative build
• Explaining SAP Best Practices and managed business Process, requirements, Business Process Testing, Extensibility management, Cloud Integration, data Migration, Organizational Change Management, User management and SAP Cloud ALM for, for Implementation.
• Managed and conducted various tests (Automated & manual) at various stages of an implementation project, UAT and regression tests. Release upgrade and implementation Schedule.

Responsible for the overall implementation of the SAP BPC (10.1 & 11) Solution on HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud.

• Advised on Project Management for IBL-Group. Hybrid planning scenarios, in SAP BPC and Analytics Cloud, on live data connections and imported data, including modeling creating stories, maintaining dimensions, measures and collaboration, in real-time.
• Established project management environment for S/4 HANA implementation, in the context of focusing on customer, major stakeholders, team engagement, as a vital requirement to implement change, solution validation and testing, through workable builds and knowledge transfers to customer team's enablement.
• Defined a phase strategy that aligns with the enterprise culture. Gauge process change timely and accurately.
• Development of internal & external resource plan (Responsibility Assignment Matrix).
• Established S/4 HANA sustainability help desk. Devised strategies for master data management, extraction and transformation of transactional data.
• Managed requirements in the context of end user interfaces.

Engaged in full cycle implementation of SAP BPC 10.1, SAP S/4 HANA Finance 1610 and SAP Digital Boardroom (SAP Analytics Cloud), formerly SAP Business Object Cloud and successfully delivered a solution for conducting Boards meetings in real-time & less effort and time.

• Created and developed Project Management environment, Project Management plans, carried out orientation tasks, readiness assessment, change management, requirements gathering, AS-Is, To-Be analysis and design, established roles & responsibilities, formal and informal communication channels, conducted meetings with business process owners to get agreements, led change management, team training and facilitating works shops on scope definition, gap analysis.
• Managed, RAG status, project logistics, financials and project constraints, early value realization, Management of master data and transactional Data loading from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA.
• Used a Q-gate, as anchor points, for project performance. Project documentation and lesson learned.

Full cycle implementation of SAP BPC 10 NW. The project scope included consolidation, Planning and Budgeting.

• Administered and coordinated business case development with Business Analysts and requirement gathering for project definition, As-Is, To-Be, analysis, solution design, configuration, identifying data sources, data flow, analyzing legacy systems, matching, project team training and conducting workshops for solution visualization, managed project constraints and deliverables and milestones, knowledge transfer and team trainings and delivered Project within constraints & customer satisfaction.
• Managed change requests, issues, communication requirements and established Q-gates for project progress, documentation and risk mitigation & management, compiled lesson learned.

Full cycle implementation of SAP BPC 7.5NW, for planning and budgeting.

• Created Application set for specific functional areas, adding appropriate dimensions, Dimension member formulas, sourcing of data from different data sources, sales, revenue and expense, script logic and work sheet logic.
• Created input forms, reports, maintaining security and end user training along with Go-live support.

Implemented analysis of the existing accounting system, conducted As-Is and To-Be analysis.

• Created business blueprint, while working with accounting heads and configured enterprise structures.
• Configured G/L, A/P, A/R, automatic payment programs, dunning functional tests.
• Conducted end user training and post-live support for the system implemented.
