Business Administration: Good knowledge of organizational structure and workflows, and of internal operations and processes in manufacturing and trade, especially logistics processes.
Process Management: Experienced in leading and moderating workshops, process surveying and interview techniques, analyzing, optimizing and documenting processes, process modeling and design, creating business requirement documents (especially SAP) and system customizing of processes (especially SAP SD, MM, PP, FI).
Project Management: Solid knowledge of project management basics and methods, project planning and controlling (e.g. with MS Project), in business project and subproject management, with budget, personnel and deliverables responsibility.
IT Management: Experienced with budget, personnel and deliverables responsibility, disciplinary and professional staff management, organizational restructuring and outsourcing.
