In my view, fun has a huge impact on productivity and satisfaction. When the person I'm talking to enjoys listening and I have their attention, I can place my message exactly where I want it. Another benefit for colleagues and team members: when possible, I can keep them engaged for the long term. If I'm satisfied, I have no intention of moving on. That's my theory.

For me, communication is the ultimate discipline. As simple as communication may sound, it's just as hard. Every day, I talk to customers, CEOs and colleagues. Most of the time I'm on a first-name basis, sometimes formal - at least when I don't know the person.

Cultural differences? Sure, they exist, but they're no problem. On the contrary: we always learn something new.

That's what makes us who we are. Openness to everything and everyone, collecting and discussing ideas, actively involving our customers and taking in feedback. Then we just give it a shot. That's how we create innovation and the lightweight feel of aiFind.
