In my view, fun has a huge impact on productivity and satisfaction. When people enjoy listening to me and I have their attention, I can get my message across more effectively.

An added benefit with colleagues and employees: as far as I can, I can keep them engaged long-term. If I am happy, I have no intention of leaving.

For me, communication is the ultimate discipline. As simple as communication sounds, it can be very challenging. Every day I talk with customers, CEOs, and colleagues. I'm mostly on a first-name basis, sometimes more formal—at least when I don’t know the person. I throw in a casual joke here and there, and I switch between German and English daily because our aiFind developers are based in Athens. Cultural differences? They exist but aren’t a problem. On the contrary: we’re always learning something new.

This is what defines us. Openness to everything and everyone, gathering and discussing ideas, actively involving our customers and taking in feedback. Then we just give things a try. That’s how innovation is born and why aiFind remains lightweight.

This is what a system needs today. A slim, self-explanatory interface that’s fun to use. A convenient and efficient system. That’s what aiFind, and I, stand for.
