• Team management, Cyber Security qualification preparation and conducting of Audit.
• Multinational Team (Serbia, Germany) and Supplier support (Tier2: Renesas, Eeins, Argus…).

Autoliv spin-off Veoneer develops a stereo / mono camera for Daimler in the field of autonomous driving. As a Principal Consultant, I had the following tasks:

• Create and implement a realignment program (team reinforcement and restructuring (from 150 to 500 employees)
• Supervise and track teams. Improve multi-customer platform tailoring process.
• Moderate the safety concept between the OEM and the supplier.
• Edit project plan and release content and adapt.

FPK-Entry is a platform for instrument cluster development based on 2 Renesas processors. One is used for automotive functions such as pointers and ADAS functions, the second is for graphics and HMI. The end customer is the VW Group. The following tasks were carried out as software project manager:

• Coordination of software topics with specialist groups, interface to CDS and architect, management of the project team (30 software developers), assignment of roles to team members in consultation with the customer, creation of the software project plan and associated attachments such as project schedule, project tailoring of documents and activities in coordination with the SW quality department.
• Status report, monitoring of the schedule and costs. Risk management and deviation measures.

• System Test and Diagnostic Responsible: Project AUDI C7 Coupé Full LED headlamps. LED 3.1 system architecture design Concept a test tool chain for diagnostic, EMC. Acceptance tests strategy management.
• Quality responsible: Projects Fiat 312 (cinquecento) and Ferrari F149. Applying MISRA standard, Running Qac tools, Software delivery check and control.

• Software Responsible, Project Software Update Over the Air (SWOTA): Development of an embedded SyncML-DM plug-in dedicated to update traffic over the air for BenQ-Siemens mobile phones platform 65, 75
• System Support, Project Software Update Over the Air (SWOTA): Monitoring server suppliers; supervising their connection-configuration to the major service provider in Germany (T-mobile, Vodafone…)
