Quality Integration Manager

In my more than 20-year career in the automotive industry, I’ve gained a lot of experience, first in product development and later as a freelance management consultant. Since January 2007, I’ve focused on project and quality management, process optimization, supplier development, audit qualification, and interim management. Audit qualification took me several times to Japanese clients on site to prepare upcoming VW Asia customer audits. Several projects on this topic led to a total of eight months of project time in Japan. In my freelance work, I have also worked in many European countries, in the USA, and in Tunisia. Working with intercultural teams is routine for me.

I am familiar with common norms and standards such as TS16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.x, EMPB/PPAP requirements, as well as those of ISO 13485 (QMS for medical devices) and 21 CFR 821 (medical device tracking requirements). Capacity planning, launch readiness, APQP, coaching and review of FMEA, control plans, etc., creating and monitoring schedules, and all common quality and planning methods are repeatedly applied in projects. Leading teams and managing responsible tasks are part of my normal project scope.

Analyzing and building quality management systems and supplier development have been part of my portfolio for many years; troubleshooting, failure analyses, lean methods, and the implementation of the TPM/TPS philosophy are also very often part of my work.

Through my strong international activity, especially in over 3.5 years with Porsche AG, I have often demonstrated my intercultural competence. This, along with my leadership skills proven in numerous projects, my positive mindset, and decisiveness, round out my profile as a management consultant and leader. I also enjoy communicating and negotiating confidently at all hierarchy levels in German and English. I see myself as a reliable, confident, goal-oriented team player with deep expertise in the service areas of my portfolio.
