- Maintaining and further developing the quality management system, which was largely built under my leadership, according to the principles of nationally and internationally recognized standards (BRC, IFS, AIB, OHSAS 18001, QS Feed, Fairtrade Rainforest Alliance, UTZ)
- Conducting internal system audits for the above standards and preparing and supporting corresponding customer and certification audits
- Coordinating and conducting internal system audits at Intersnack Germany and supplier audits at home and abroad
- Monitoring corrective and preventive actions from all audits and site inspections
- Maintaining and verifying the HACCP system, HACCP team leader
- Coordinating and assisting in developing, updating, and improving QM guideline documents, work instructions, and procedural manuals
- Planning and conducting training sessions, especially in hygiene and product safety
- Managing the pest monitoring system at both production sites
- Informing and supporting professional and managerial staff about changes to standards and optimizing systems to meet requirements
- Member of the sustainability team
- Contributing to the ETI Ethical Trade Initiative certification of the sites in 2011
- Involvement in planning a new extrusion production building in 2015 and implementing the existing QMS and preparing for a successful first certification according to IFS/BRC/AIB standards
- Registering the sites with the US Food and Drug Administration, including reviewing and implementing food law requirements for the HACCP system and ensuring annual audits by external bodies
