Overall project planning regarding deadlines and costs. Close coordination with involved departments, customers and suppliers. Development of mechatronic systems and covers for power electronics through testing to prototype production.

Technical, project-related leadership of international team for development/testing/prototype production of interior components, mechatronic systems and power electronics (e.g. instrument panels, center consoles, door panels, painted decor with ambient lighting) from concept phase to handover to series production.

Independent resource and budget planning regarding deadline, cost and quality targets. Responsible for detailed scheduling, compliance with approved development costs and quality specifications. Technical contact in project for development team and customer. Procurement of production equipment, injection molds and fixtures for processing and coordination of relocation and commissioning. Control of tasks and coordination of interfaces in technical area of responsibility (component development, functional validation and process development).

Reorganization of quality department (incoming goods QA, product audit, complaint processing, QRQC, PDCA, 8D, Q-advance planning, series support). Responsibility for entire process-oriented quality management system, derived KPI systems and strategic further development. Implementation and standardization of permanent corrective actions and EOL quality check. Supplier support for painted components, elimination of additional Q-walls through installation of permanent measures for open issues. Description of procedures for further projects.

Training and introduction of standard QM and their processes and methods for worldwide launches. Further development of existing quality processes/methods for error elimination in plant and adaptation to respective site needs. Coordination of alignment with central quality department and sister plants to achieve standardization and develop overarching procedural instructions. Topic-specific management of cross-functional and cross-departmental working groups for error elimination and process optimization. Conducting technical analyses on complete engine considering and applying complex QM methods e.g. Six Sigma, Ishikawa, QRQC, 8D, Pareto analyses and reliability forecasts. Launch and supplier management. Introduction of traditional AMG philosophy "one man, one engine".

Error and root cause analysis on manufacturing processes for interior components (Daimler C218). Definition of corrective measures. Coordination, execution and evaluation of test series. Budget responsibility for purchasing superabsorbent and hotmelt (12 million DM). Design and testing of experimental setups, as well as acceptance and ensuring operability of complex production systems and components. Product design according to customer requirements. Assessment and commenting of material tests, manufacturing processes, product and material developments. Analysis, transparent presentation and commenting of raw material and finished goods market as well as technical literature and patent specifications.

Consideration of group-wide interests regarding product development and innovation as well as pursuit of stronger integration internationally.

Support of occupational safety, reengineering and project planning. Organization, coordination and monitoring of all workflows continuous analysis of production processes with aim of increasing business efficiency and optimizing production and upstream/downstream areas.

Project management in area of billing, reading and device management for housing industry, energy suppliers and contractors. Planning of installation and maintenance of measurement technology for consumption and distribution billing. Specification of devices and technical components for consumption billing and consumption-dependent recording of rental services, especially heat cost allocators, water and heat meters and required components.

Besides point reading capable measurement technology, conventional measurement technology, radio technology (radio metering) and remote data reading are used for consumption measurement. Project management and personnel representation in technical service area. Recording procurement processes from initiation through ordering process to necessary measures at end of warranty. Definition of framework conditions for goods receipt inspections from lot formation to evaluation according to DIN EN 1434-5 and PTB. Support in test centers (heat and water) KM2 and WM6.
