• This feature provides basic control of the iRWS system. It includes functions such as activating and deactivating the system, controlling the rear wheels’ steering movements, and adjusting the steering response based on driving conditions and user preferences.
• Formed new delivery teams and delivered the first POC packages for customers. These packages included Functional Safety features and were approved by the safety committee.

• Consolidated the tooling landscape across the group, including the ticketing system. Since Jira was new, we ran webinars for all users and tailored trainings for specific groups.

• SPP is the largest gas supplier in Slovakia, a virtual electricity provider, and an industrial chemicals provider.

• As a VW subsidiary, Cariad delivers software for VW car safety notifications. The Driver Notification Handler project provides all safety alerts to drivers in VW and sister-brand cars. We moved to a Scrum approach in requirements, development, and testing for better planning and higher quality.
• Implemented and adjusted the Scrum framework to deliver software packages and meet quality and regulatory standards

• The mobile app and web portal got many poor reviews for bad UX and unclear service overview. We created a new design system, updated the information architecture, and implemented feedback from user tests. We also adapted the design system for partner brands using Telefonica’s services.
