• Identified and validated 52 digital optimization opportunities in the asset management unit of a Swiss bank; redesigned lifecycle processes, enhancing the Discretionary Mandate product lifecycle.
• Designed and implemented an end-to-end multi-channel onboarding process for a leading German bank’s corporate client division, strengthening customer retention and boosting operational efficiency.
