Mamoun has 28 years’ experience in Engineering, construction and management of major projects

He was in charge, as project manager and program manager, of major projects in Morocco and Canada like the Jorf Phosphate Hub program including twenty large scale projects, such as onshore and offshore submarine HDPE long sea outfall, pipe racks and conveyors, platforms preparation, highways construction, roads, buildings, steel pipelines and FRP pipelines. He possesses skills that give clients and employers confidence that their projects are feasible, well thought, well designed and constructed in a safe and optimal manner, following professional project management tools. Detaining a background in coaching and training teams in leadership, project management, HSE, and soft skills modules, Mamoun demonstrates the capacity to lead project and programs teams toward a clear and well defined vision, following all project phases.in different execution modes such as PMC, EPCM and EPC.
