I have been working at the crossroads of IT, HR, marketing and management for more than 15 years – exactly where communication, structure and reality often don't speak the same language.
Over the past ten years, I have also worked as an interim manager in various industries and projects, gathering best practices. This let me drive change effectively, optimize processes and lead teams through complex transformation projects. I have led large international projects, bridged management, business units and service providers, and learned how important clarity, attitude and an honest view of what's possible are.

My background as a coach (ICF ACC) and trainer for mental health helps me spot dynamics early and guide organizations and teams steadily through change. I combine methods from project management, change management and organizational consulting to create lasting impact.
