I am a freelance consultant, designer and coach who approaches innovation and transformation in a holistic and systemic way and supports people along the way.

As a systemic organizational consultant, I help companies develop better collaboration internally and externally so they can live from within what they want to represent externally.

In systemic coaching, I mindfully support individuals in developing future-oriented solutions for their professional challenges.

With my background in strategic service design and design research, I bring years of experience in the strategic development of innovative and human-centered product and service ecosystems and know how to make goals visible and tangible.

And since I enjoy exchanging ideas to help others stay relevant for their users and employees in the future, I hold empowering and inspiring workshops on innovative work and integrating design methods, give presentations and publish.
