Scrum Master (Squad DZB1)

• Support the team split, then Scrum Master for one of the teams
• Organize and facilitate Scrum and team meetings
• Prepare and facilitate PI planning (squad level) (mix of SAFe and Spotify)
• Promote continuous improvement processes, self-organization and communication

• Manage, facilitate and coach the agile sprint test teams (3 teams with a total of 20 testers) in methods and content
• Organize sprint team cross-cutting test cycles, especially module tests, technical integration tests and functional integration tests
• Coordinate and organize control instruments: test plan, test specification, test execution and reporting
• Responsible for continuous improvement of the test processes

• Work in an innovation team: develop business model, market analysis, prototype (demonstrator)/MVP and roadmap
• Organized, conducted and iterated the "Experience Agile" workshop with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® materials
• Support the Agile Center in planning and facilitating events like fishbowls

• Carry out quality assurance (QA) measures
• Create and maintain the quality assurance plan
• Organize and conduct reviews and inspections
• Ensure audit requirements through formal checks (regarding adherence to the process model and guidelines)
• Initiate escalations when needed
• Work closely with project management, test managers, and project stakeholders
• Ensure necessary information flow regarding QA measures in the project
• GUI (graphical user interface) tests
• Act as tester in the “Legal Reporting” project (Basel III)
