Product Owner

• Creates the product vision and roadmap which accomplishes the goal of the vision
• Define and manage the product backlog and its delivery, conducts requirement engineering and management of requirements from different stakeholders and departments
• Conduct refinement sessions with the development team
• Collaborate with UX designers on product prototype creation
• Coordinate development team activities, manage the process, and remove impediment
• Provide transparency of the product development status to all levels
• Being accountable for the timeline and quality of the delivery
• Collecting feedback from the users of the product
• Ensuring efficient use of available development capacity
• Manages the product backlog and priorities based on changing requirements
• Supports in developing market positioning for the product

Scrum Master

• Providing support at team, product and organizational level
• Developing practical approaches to make agility scalable in the company, with a clear focus on the processes in software development
• Identifying problems and conflicts within the teams as well as at the scaled level and find pragmatic solutions
• Promoting self-organization, assumption of responsibility, team development and thus continuous performance improvement of the teams using central performance metrics and their transparent communication
• Supporting the focus of the teams on the fulfillment of their sprint goals and organize and moderate the associated meetings
• Enabling teams for more autonomy, more responsibility and coordination in small or bigger projects

Atlassian Consultant

• Implementing customer-specific configurations and customizings in the implementation of Atlassian
• Designing and program workflows, adapting masks and forms
• Supporting the project management in technical and content-related questions about Atlassian
• Designing, developing and testing interfaces to relevant, business-critical applications of customers
• Supporting the project and the team in continuous improvement
• Support & Administration of Atlassian toolsets e.g. Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.
• Project administration, Progress reports and overviews, enabling teams for virtual PI Planings

• Sprint planning, moderations of scrum events, refinement of user stories, briefing of the team, resource planning, removing of impediments
• Product Owner position at short and smaller projects
