  • Stress management & inner leadership / resilience: analyzing internal drivers and developing conscious exit strategies, creating individual self-management, focus, body work, relaxation methods, gestalt work & sculptures when needed, real-life case work, self-reflection.
  • Organizational development & change management: change always starts with people—their mindset, behavior, and interaction. Structures, processes, and cultures grow from that. Organizations become sustainable and successful when the people involved invest their energy, know-how, performance, and time into ever-new creative visions and solutions.   • Live-coaching workshops for leaders with two or more trainers: each participant gets an individual coaching session on leadership topics. Work in various groups. Other participants serve for methods like peer coaching, conflict coaching, reflecting teams, sculpture work, etc., and act as advisors and facilitators.
  • Conducting workshops on topics such as onboarding, conducting employee interviews, communication & collaboration, feedback culture—depending on needs.
  • Working in a tandem trainer setting with trainer colleagues from my own pool with the same expertise and background.
  • In tandem settings, trainer role switches (bi-polarity) enable intensive interventions for group dynamic development of teams & groups, including: splitting the group for deeper process & case work, confrontation meetings, fishbowls group & trainer fishbowl, sociograms, parallel coaching sessions, interactive reflection meetings, World Café, Open Space, sociometric constellations, small group discussions, and opening and confronting live conflicts in the here & now (e.g., trainer 1 confronts, trainer 2 coaches & supports the group).
  • In tandem settings, mutual trainer feedback continuously reviews the group process live and adapts the concept on the spot for truly deep and lasting work.
  • Every methodology and element of the work is known and tested through my own self-experience. I offer participants a confidential “laboratory” where new behaviors can be practiced. I see myself as a process facilitator for clients and customers who, after a detailed and individual briefing, discover and manifest new resources on their own responsibility through intensive self-experience.

Married and in love with my hometown Munich. Still drawn by wanderlust and the proximity to Italy and Austria, which I gladly use for a little break from everyday life. Me: a few very close, long-time friends, a deep breath in the forest or mountains, a good meal or powerful music, my husband and our dog Emily. My strengths as a trainer and coach are providing safety, calm, clarity, and structure and truly seeing! Stepping out of the comfort zone is sometimes important—I know this from personal experience; then change is possible and promotes inner growth.
