- Continuous live reflection and mutual trainer feedback to continuously monitor the group process and adjust concepts ad hoc for sustainable change

I offer my participants a confidential 'laboratory' where new behaviors can be practiced. After a detailed and individual clarification of the assignment, I see myself as a process facilitator for my clients and customers, who discover and manifest new resources through intensive self-experience in their own responsibility.
Me: That includes a few very close, long-term friends, taking a deep breath in the forest or mountains, a good meal or powerful music, my husband and our dog Emily.
