  • Stress management & inner leadership / resilience: analyzing internal drivers and developing conscious exit strategies, developing individual self-management, focusing, bodywork, relaxation methods, gestalt work & sculptures when needed, case work from practice, self-reflection.

  • Live coaching workshops for executives with two or more trainers: each participant receives an individual coaching session on leadership topics. Work in different groups. The other participants serve as consultants and facilitators for methods such as peer consultation, conflict coaching, reflecting teams, or sculptural work, etc.
  • Conducting workshops on topics such as onboarding, conducting employee interviews, communication & collaboration, feedback culture – according to needs.
  • Working in a tandem trainer setting with trainer colleagues from one’s own pool with the same expertise and background.
  • In tandem trainer settings, intensive interventions for the group-dynamic development of teams & groups are made possible through role changes of the trainers (bi-polarity), including: splitting the group for intensive process & case work, confrontation meetings, fishbowl group & trainer fishbowl, sociogram, parallel coaching sessions, interactive reflection meetings, world café, open space, sociometric constellations, small group discussions, as well as opening and confronting live conflicts in the here & now (e.g., trainer 1 confronts, trainer 2 coaches & supports the group).
  • In the tandem trainer setting, the group process is permanently checked live through mutual trainer feedback and the concept is ad hoc remodeled to work truly deeply and sustainably.
  • Every methodology and element of the work is known and tested through my own self-experience. I offer participants a confidential “laboratory” in which new behavior can be trained. I see myself as a process companion for clients and customers, who through intensive self-experience discover and manifest new resources in their own responsibility, after a thorough and individual clarification of the assignment.

Married and in love with my hometown of Munich. Building on my previous profession, I still feel wanderlust and gladly use the proximity to Italy and Austria for a little break from everyday life. Me: a few very close, long-standing friends, taking a deep breath in the forest or in the mountains, good food or powerful music, my husband and our dog Emily. I am strong as a trainer and coach in providing security, calm, clarity and structure and really seeing things! Stepping out of the comfort zone is sometimes important, I know that from my own experience, only then are changes possible and foster internal growth. I am quick-witted, structured, trustworthy, curious, critical, impatient, humorous. I can cry, laugh, sometimes raise my voice, offer comfort, give courage and dream.
