Modernization of an exhaust system for a paint line
Rayess for Automation and Drives
Customer: Apteg mbH.
26 SEW drives +37 kW and 22 kW Weg motors + differential pressure sensors measuring before and after a filter. Sensor triggers a message when filter needs replacing.
My task was to implement all drives in software, commission and control them.
Adapt the visualization. Two lines: basecoat and clearcoat.
On basecoat, replaced 25 motors without drives with 15 new ones of equal power. Clearcoat had 11 drives. Implemented all pressure sensors in software and visualized each sensor value.
Programmed and visualized a basic pressure control at customer’s request (not a real closed loop).
Products and technologies used: SEW Eurodrive, Weg motors, TIA Portal version 14, WinCC and differential pressure sensors, CPU S7-1500.
