DASYM GmbH is a company specialized in test benches and test systems in custom machine engineering. The position of CTO / Technical Director did not exist since the company was founded. This role was created specifically to put the company on a growth path.
January 2021 to December 2023: Business Unit Manager Test Systems** The company was divided into several business units, with the Test Systems area entirely under my responsibility. April 2016 to November 2018: Location Manager** Location manager for the main test engineering site in Kassel as well as the Wilden branch (NRW). Disciplinary supervisor for 82 employees of the company. This also included all non-project-specific departments such as sales, R&D, and the secretariat.
