• Planning support in paint (coating systems, conveying technology, etc.)

• Overall project management with budget responsibility over €2M, including technical and commercial accountability
• Preparing offers for complete new plants, plant modifications and expansions, including subsequent negotiations and contract drafting
• Developing concepts to increase energy efficiency of paint systems, presenting them at international trade fairs (HMI Hanover) and industry conferences (Industrial Coating Stuttgart)
• Developing software, including control concepts for energy savings in supply air treatment in coating systems, commissioning at customer site and continuous development and optimization of the system
• Preparing reports and articles on energy efficiency for various trade journals (besser lackieren, JOT)
• R&D project management, including preparing progress and final reports for government-funded development projects
• Preparing documents for patent applications, including patent research

• Commissioning of gravimetric dosing units and instruction/training for customers in German and English
• Troubleshooting dosing units, conveyor systems and dryers
• Analysis of malfunctions to improve product quality
• Conducting complex multi-day customer training sessions at the plant
