• Microsoft 365: Developed a consulting offering to introduce Microsoft 365 and replace existing on-premises infrastructures. Guided the rollout of Microsoft 365 for customers of all sizes. Technical focus on SharePoint/OneDrive (including data migration). Organizational focus on governance, adoption, and process adjustments.
• Microsoft Power Platform: Supported the development of governance for the Power Platform. Set up a Center of Excellence. Replaced a Lotus Notes tile with a combination of SharePoint, Power Automate, and Azure applications. Gained basic experience with Power Query and Power BI.
• Generative AI: Introduced Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Worked with Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, and Midjourney. Engaged with Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Services. Implemented the requirements of the EU AI regulation. Coached users to improve efficiency using AI tools.
• Data Protection / Governance / Regulatory & Compliance: Expertise in Microsoft Purview (Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk Management, data classification, protection classes, etc.). Developed and implemented deletion and retention concepts. Designed rollout strategies and monitored success. Handled KRITIS (critical infrastructure) requirements. Met the Federal Office of Social Security (BAS) requirements for compliant cloud storage of social data. Developed, coordinated, and implemented application policies for compliant use across the company (e.g., naming conventions). Supported the creation and negotiation of operating agreements in the Microsoft environment.
• Change Management (Adoption): Created communication and awareness. Developed and delivered learning content. Built and trained multipliers. Involved stakeholders through change management. Supported cultural changes and the introduction of New Work.
