• Microsoft Power Platform: Supporting the development of governance for the Power Platform; building a Center of Excellence; replacing a Lotus Notes tile with a combination of SharePoint, Power Automate, and Azure applications; basic experience with Power Query and Power BI
• Generative AI: Experience with deploying Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot; experience with Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, and Midjourney; first contacts with Copilot Agents, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Services; implementing the requirements of the EU AI Regulation; user coaching to improve efficiency through AI tools
• Data Protection / Governance / Regulation & Compliance: Expertise in Microsoft Purview (Data Loss Prevention, Insider Risk Management, data classification, protection classes, etc.); developing and implementing deletion and retention policies; designing rollout strategies and subsequent success monitoring; handling critical infrastructure (KRITIS) requirements; meeting the Federal Office for Social Security (BAS) requirements for compliant storage of social data in the cloud; developing, aligning, and rolling out application policies to ensure compliant use across the company (e.g. naming conventions); supporting the creation and negotiation of works agreements in the Microsoft environment
