Initial situation Due to successful business growth and multiple expansions, several ERP systems, data silos, and processes needed harmonization and migration to a common data platform. Next steps include replacing existing ERP systems with a unified Microsoft Business Central – gevis ERP.
Task Develop recommendations for project approach, data migration plan, project organization, and team structure for the board, steering committee, and site management. Considered existing IT systems, documents, solution manuals, the ERP partner's implementation methodology, staff skills, and workload due to seasonal business.
