Leading IT consulting projects of medium to high complexity focusing on analysis, assessment, and improvement programs, including implementation and transition

Responsible for national and international consulting projects in the industry, both in software development and in implementation and migration projects

Technical management of the planning process from requirements analysis to option selection and decision-making

Designing and implementing strategically optimal IT sourcing decisions

Technical management of transformation projects: IT infrastructure, business process optimization, business applications

Developing IT concepts and defining suitable IT strategies for business needs

Ensuring analysis and optimization of the IT organization

Planning, building, and managing application management both internally and in client projects

Evaluating external and internal IT systems from technical and economic perspectives and deriving necessary change processes

Technical organization of efficient workflows and system processes, e.g. through application migration and monitoring the implementation of IT concepts at the client

Conducting problem analysis and designing incident management

Creating feasibility studies and technical pilots

Performing administrative tasks, e.g. documentation, presentations, and coordination

Carrying out quality checks, tests, handovers, and process support

Taking on leadership tasks including planning and leading operational training

Participating in staffing, calculating personnel needs, assembling project teams, and evaluating staff
