- Under tight timelines and with numerous dependencies, the project required precise coordination among business, technical, and security teams to ensure continuity, compliance, and successful knowledge transfer.
- An additional focus was on researching and selecting security tools like Software Composition Analysis (SCA) and Static Application Security Testing (SAST) that could be used in daily operations.
- Project responsibility: Overall accountability for the project lifecycle—from scope definition to closure—with a focus on the organization's strategic goals.
- Stakeholder coordination: Close collaboration with platform teams, IT leaders, and external vendors to plan and execute a smooth migration strategy.
