- Under tight deadlines and with numerous dependencies, the project required precise coordination between business, technical, and security teams to ensure continuity, compliance, and successful knowledge transfer.
- An additional focus was researching and selecting security tools like Software Composition Analysis (SCA) and Static Application Security Testing (SAST) that could be used in daily operations.
- Project responsibility: Overall accountability for the project lifecycle – from scope definition to completion – with a focus on the organization's strategic goals.
- Stakeholder coordination: Close collaboration with platform teams, IT leadership, and external vendors to plan and execute a seamless migration strategy.
- Agile implementation: Applying SAFe principles and working in structured sprints for incremental value delivery.
