Product Owner in Health and Safety Operation Application

Patrick Moll has a high level of methodological expertise in project management. In his last project, he demonstrated strong skills in planning, coordinating, controlling, and communicating project processes. In other projects, he also worked as a Business Analyst, where he gained experience in process modeling and communication development. As the link between different departments, he defined requirements for communication channels, documentation templates, and processes. During his last project at an international testing company, he served as Product Owner, defining requirements for a construction safety system and steering the development process as well as multichannel communication. At an automotive group, he also led the development of a Salesforce implementation (CRM) as IT Project Lead and, as a subproject manager, oversaw the rollout of a fleet management tool in a parallel project.
