Summary

In my nearly 20-year career as a salaried employee at BMW, I have built skills in various fields across different areas. As a long-time strategic buyer, I handled all purchasing-related topics such as market analysis, negotiations, requirements management, supplier management, and supply chain management.

In my several years as a project purchaser, culminating in department management at the BMW-PSA joint venture start-up "bpce", I also took on purchasing-side process modeling, coordination and implementation of processes, procurement systems, control tools and contract management.

After moving to the international BMW Motorrad sales division, I expanded my scope to include reporting, market development, product management, market and logistics coordination from both tactical and strategic perspectives.

As a trained industrial engineer and industrial clerk with a strong affinity for technology and a hands-on mentality, I was able early on to bridge the gap between engineering and business and turn my ability to quickly analyze complex issues into time- and resource-saving optimizations.

I always start with a thorough initial analysis involving all stakeholders, then work towards the goal in the interest of the company using appropriate tools such as BPMN, needs analysis, design thinking, best practices, etc. together effectively, efficiently and socially responsibly.

To pursue this path even more strongly, I set up as an independent consultant in 2019 and have successfully applied and deepened my broad knowledge in several energy industry projects. During this time, I also worked as a trainer and coach for staff up to division manager level.

I also independently developed a trigger point massage device using CAD design including 3D printing processes and received a German utility model for it.

Sustainability, resource conservation and environmental protection, as well as social commitment (e.g. as a member of the parent advisory council and support association), are very important to me privately and professionally.

In my personal life, I focus mainly on family and friends and pursuing my hobbies.
