Experienced manager with over 38 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in IT consulting, system integration, and sales leadership.

I have worked for 22 years as the Head of IT Consulting at msg services gmbh, where I am responsible for 150 employees in line with our financial goals (revenue, costs, profits) and the digital challenges our clients face. I contribute my experience and commitment to our shared goal: staying innovative, always exceeding our clients’ needs, and promoting and developing team members. For me, people are always at the center and form the core of successful collaboration. Additionally, I oversee several strategic partnerships. I have strong expertise in employee leadership and development, planning and managing complex proposals and clients, and I have many years of experience in solid business planning and forecasting.
