• in-depth consulting of the company in the area of Global IT Procurement (nine-figure purchasing volume)
• creation of a comprehensive gap analysis (compare current state to target state)

• strategic, professional, and disciplinary responsibility for global indirect procurement (40 locations, nine-figure purchasing volume)
• development of the division into a global procurement organization (assessing the current situation, category management, staff management, etc.)
• independently leading purchasing and contract negotiations worldwide
• implementation and optimization of procurement processes
